If the manufacture of fermented milk products is not your strong point, then today this very fashionable healthy product can be bought ready-made, or even quickly frozen out of good kefir. Then set into motion a violent cosmetic fantasy and start rejuvenating, taking the following recipes as a starting point.
The serum itself is a real cosmetic storehouse of all kinds of nutrients that tone, nourish and heal all skin types. In addition to lactic acid, there is a whole bunch of trace elements, beauty vitamins A and C and the famous group of vitamins B. There is also choline in serum that regulates the activity of the sebaceous glands, and is responsible for our young and blooming type of niacin.
Most often, whey remains after making homemade cottage cheese. If you are not a fan of such complex culinary delights, then try to get this miraculous elixir from good fresh kefir. To do this, put a package of kefir in the freezer, in the quick-freeze section. Wait until the kefir has completely hardened, put it on a sieve lined with several layers of gauze and let the whey drain.
Be sure to smell the finished product and taste it gently. The serum should be refreshing and pleasantly sour. She should not give away rotten and pinch her tongue.
If the serum is a success, then forward, to great cosmetic achievements, armed with imagination and means with UV filters, since no one canceled protection from the sun, and even with acid care.
Serum plus yolk - and wrinkles will definitely be good
- 1 egg yolk (if you don't like the yolk, replace it with aloe vera gel without alcohol in the composition),
- 2-3 teaspoons of fresh milk whey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rosehip oil (natural sunflower, soy, evening primrose oil)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of argan oil (or any other oil, including good butter).
Rub the yolk with the oils vigorously and, while whisking, add a little whey.
Apply to damp skin (face, neck, décolleté, hands . . . ) for 20-30 minutes. Remove the residue with cotton pads soaked in serum, wait another 5-10 minutes and wash with cool water.
Rejuvenating course: in 2-3 days within a month. UV protection is imperative.
Pea Milk Peeling Roll
Dilute the pea flour with whey until it becomes a gruel.
Pea flour can be substituted or mixed with chickpea and / or oatmeal. If your skin needs more cleansing, add some rye flour.
Apply to damp skin in several steps, letting each layer dry slightly.
Lightly moisten your fingertips with the serum and roll the pea gruel along the massage lines.
Do this 1-2 times every 10-14 days, depending on the needs of your skin, and, again, do not forget about UV protection.
Emergency rejuvenation for special occasions
Mix a tablespoon of beaten egg white with a teaspoon of whey and thicken the mask to a not very thick gruel with a mixture of wheat and oat flour.
